Safe Haven Animal Rescue Home Page

Safe Haven Animal Rescue, Inc. is a newly formed, all-volunteer, non-profit organization. Our founding members are both licensed and experienced kennel and rescue shelter operators, as well as dedicated individual volunteers who have combined resources in order to become a driving force for change in animal care for our area. Serving Harris, Meriwether and Troup counties, our goals are to eliminate pet overpopulation in our communities and to rescue homeless animals which would otherwise be destroyed. We have been approved to build an amazing new facility: a rescue shelter, adoption center and sanctuary, a place where the homeless can find new hope and a new life. Please join us in making West Georgia a safe place for all dogs and cats.

We need more volunteers, members, supplies and monetary donations. Since we are a non-profit organization, all donations are tax deductible. We are actively engaged in planning and beginning construction for our new facility. Our major fundraising is off to a great start, but we still need your support. There are so many homeless animals that need assistance. Join us now and help shape a better future for our animals, and a better community for all of us.
